Step 1: Pre-Inspection
Our technician will do a walk-through inspection with you to identify carpet history and construction, soiling conditions and potential permanent stains.
Step 2: Pre-Vacuum
The dry soil is removed by a thorough vacuuming. Removing dry soil is one of the most important steps in the cleaning process. 79 Per cent of carpet soiling is dry soil.
Step 3: Pre-Spray
The recommended chemical is sprayed onto your carpet to break down the proteins on your carpet. Every carpet is treated differently with care, so we carry different pre-spray chemical for the right job, to ensure the best possible results.
Step 4: Agitation
Your carpet will be agitated with a carpet groomer or rotary cleaning machine (depending on soil level) to further loosen traffic area soil.
Step 5: Hot Water Extraction
The hotter the water the better the finish. Carpet Care Solutions brings a powerful truck mount carpet cleaning machine to your home or office, that uses our own power, so we don’t need your power we will apply the highest levels of heated water – as well as airflow and water-lift which is– – available in Christchurch to get your carpets cleaner and post-clean drier than they’ve ever been.
Step 6: Rinse
Incomplete rinsing leaves soil attracting residues and a dull finish to your carpet clean. Carpet Care Solutions uses a conditioner to remove the main soil the cleaning residues to achieve the best results – resulting in a soft clean and fresh smelling carpet for longer. It also speeds up the drying process.
Step 7: Groom
Your carpet is groomed with a professional groomer so that the pile of your carpet is standing tall when we leave. Post grooming helps the carpet pile dry faster and in the right position.
